-Make sure you clean your pacis and teethers regularly to fight germs!
-Try to remember to eat healthy because even though kids food is so, so fun you still need all your nutrients!
-Take a break from sitting to strech! Kids yoga is super fun and easy and your body will thank you!
-Even though juice and chocolate milk are amazing it isn’t super hydrating to remember to put some water in your sippies and bottles too!
-Let yourself cry sometimes when you’re sad! It may seem upsetting but let those big feelings out and you will feel better!
-Remember to take baths and showers regularly! Being clean will help you feel cute and hygeine is so important for staying healthy and happy! Plus baths are super nice!

An alternative to a bottle is a water bottle. It’s discrete and everyone has them. If you have the money, camelbak is a great brand. I like the bottle with the rubber bite piece on it. You can even decorate the outside of the bottle with stickers!
An alternative could be the camelbak or a travel mug. You can carry hot or cold liquids in the travel mug, plus there are cute patterns you can get!
An alternative to a paci is a chewy. It can be in a necklace form or a bracelet 📿 thank you @grumpylittles for the suggestion!
You can still wear them, just put a pair of pants over or a skirt and you can have a cute tucked in top 😀
I personally carry around 2 3.5inch stuffies in my backpack at all times. No one will know they are there except for you 😊
Try wearing a comfy sweatshirt, sweater or a cardigan. You can still be comfy without dirtying up your blanket!
